Hello, and as said above, welcome to my website.
Within the rest of the site, you'll find information about what I do, including galleries of my previous work, and some tasters of what I'm working on at the moment.
If you can't find what you're looking for, get in touch!

If English is not your first language, clicking on the below box will take you to Babelfish, for an OK online translation into the most widely spoken languages. It is not perfect, but it is better than nothing.

Updates in progress.

of what's done so
far
Site updates.
I have been too busy sewing for ages to even think about updating the websites.
Couple that with a recurring shoulder injury, and assorted other stuff, and you'll see why the website has been a
lowish priority!
However, now I'm beginning to get back to normal, there will be a lot of updates on their way, because I do still
have lots to add.
Done so far (in reverse chronological order):
2012
I'm beginning a complete overhaul to the site, following a good while during which I've only really been
updating the blog (pure laziness - it's easier and faster to write a blog post, because the formatting is all
done for you!!).
Anyway, not much has happened so far (visibly at least), but it should start to show in the next few weeks.
Aug 2010 (again)
Right - the page or two plus a few that I've added - there are some in the early medieval section of the gallery, a
couple in the 17th century section, and one to the 16th century section - plus a few pictures added to the early med
general gallery page, and to the surcotes page.
I've also just set up a blog, which is linked to from all the menus.
Aug 2010.
Oh for a nice shiny new computer monitor that allows me to update the site without burning my eyes out (and the
time to do it in between sewing...). Have added a page or two, and am about to add a few more. Have also updated
the terms and conditions.
Jan 2010.
Ok, I spoke too soon, and am still fiddling (having had my first real time off of 2009 (injury time excluded) over
Christmas).
Please note - as of this month (January 2010), I will have to invoice all orders on completion of the garment(s) /
item(s), but prior to despatch. Payment will then be due within 14 days. This is at the insistence of my bankers, and
out of my control. Orders from institutions which are covered by Purchase orders are the only exceptions I can make.
Nov / Dec.
I'm almost at the end of an inordinate amount of general tweaking and correcting, in preparation for adding more new
pages.
14th Aug.
I've messed about a bit with the 20th century gallery, and the 19th century, and added lots of stuff to both!
12th Aug.
I've now done a little general rearranging - my flags now have a gallery section all of their own (they were formally in
the heraldry section). I've added more flags (more to come), and I've added some pages to the 20th century section.
8th Aug.
I've just re-arranged the embroidery section, to include hand embroidery samples and smaller pieces.
